Leona Sokolova

Nutrition and wellness have been a hobby of mine for years. My hobby has turned into a loving profession. I was trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to become a Certified Holistic Health Counselor (CHHC). I have been a health counselor since 2007. I’m also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

Lifestyle and diet should be based on the individual, not the theory. I see a beautiful and deep relationship between mental and physical health, which creates a holistic
approach to wellness. This approach can heal you on both emotional and physical levels.
Mindfulness is a healing treatment. Nutritious food is also a healing treatment. What you
put into your body as food and nourishment has a whole mind-body effect.

Whether you want to give your immune system a boost, achieve your ideal weight, or
cultivate a positive attitude, a holistic approach can help you do that. Every step you
take, make sure it’s the best step for you toward your desired health.

My wellness counseling provides each client with a strategy for healthy eating, and
feeling better mentally, emotionally, and physically. I invite you to a 6-month wellness
program, to explore and discover a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The Wellness
Program helps people feel great at any age, and see life positively. It also helps them
learn which food and lifestyle choices work best for them.

The Wellness Program includes:

In the first session, you and I will discuss your concerns to create a healing plan in accordance with your emotional and physical abilities and preferences. We will then meet twice a month to discuss your progress, modify your plan as needed, and just have a pleasant and encouraging talk.
No medication is used, only natural therapies such as food, exercise, meditation, positivity, and the willingness to take good care of yourself. I’ll also refer you to all relevant literature and other information I think will be most suited to your individual needs.

People differ. Therefore, during each session, we focus on the specific issues of each client. Each client is unique, and it takes a unique approach to address their health concerns. I love helping people see amazing gains in their health and lives.
