I woke up early today and went out to a new, local, and cozy cafe. I had a fantastic breakfast with avocado, green salad, Eggs Benedict, and black coffee. The meal was delicious, nutritious, and filled with protein and healthy fats. I enjoyed the breakfast and took my coffee to go. I had a pleasant walk to the ocean. It was a new and beautiful day again. I love communing with nature and breathing a fresh, salty air from the ocean. I finished the coffee, planed the day positively in my mind and I was ready to face what came my way. Our thoughts and feelings can set the foundation for the entire day.
