Before choosing Kundalini, I tried many different types of yoga. Although I enjoy other kinds too, I think Kundalini is the most effective type of yoga. Kundalini yoga is a very powerful and ancient science that was developed thousands of years ago. It is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice. When I take a yoga class I love experiencing stretching, breathing, challenging physical exercise, chanting mantras, meditating, and relaxing. After the class I feel calm; it gives me energy, poise, and positive emotion. Practicing Kundalini yoga has enriched my life by improving me physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Yoga is a wonderful journey and I can keep developing, keep learning, and keep enjoying. I don’t see an end to it. For me, yoga is a system to understand myself better. Yoga is more than postures and breathing practices, it is about self-discovery and exploration, which I love doing. Yoga has introduced me to a new and fresh realm of learning.
By practicing yoga I am able to learn how to build better balance, better posture, better health, and more energy. The combination of a well-balanced nutrition, yoga ritual, and happy thoughts is a great way to develop an enjoyable and effective personal practice and create a ritual to follow every day. Kundalini yoga focuses on awareness and rejuvenation. Take advantage of it.
