Also that self-introspection can lead you to explore different aspects of life, such as nutrition, exercise, and spirituality, to see what works best. Nutritious food and physical activity are as important as peace of mind.

My approach to wellness is simple. When you pay close attention to your precious health, your health improves. All the energy you invest in a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle will result in a better quality of life.

A Search for Fulfilment

Many of us are searching for health, happiness, love, serenity, and balance. I understand that I’m responsible for my own development.

When life takes me through ups and downs, especially downs, I need to ease my emotional pain, and focus on personal exploration. What I focus on expands.

I’ve become interested in exploring my spirituality. Some of the spiritual principles of self-enrichment that I turn to include:

This list is extensive, but I take one step at a time. These things help me reestablish the balance between my thoughts and my emotions.

The more I learn about spirituality, the more alluring it becomes. Exploring who I am is a long, exciting, rewarding process. I gladly choose to spend time on self-introspection, because it gradually crowds out emotional suffering.  I’d rather do something beneficial than pity myself. My personal enrichment is what I need in complicated life situations.
