Why I Wrote Wellness Manual

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” George Bernard Shaw

I want to make good use of my acquired knowledge. I’ve kept a journal for a long time. It’s a dear friend and supporter. It’s also my act of meditation and my record of interesting remarks about health and wellness topics. I take time to test these observations to see how effective they are. As my journal becomes full of practical tips, and the best ideas and techniques, I’m filled with a desire to share them with others. I hope my perceptions and discoveries on seeing life positively, nutrition, and exercise will help you find out what speaks to you. With honest introspection, you’ll learn what works best for you.

Writing a book of conscientious remarks has helped me create an integrated holistic approach to mind-body harmony; achieve a healthy eating style and maintain an ideal weight; accept people and things as they are; and slow down, replenish my energy, and trust the natural flow of life. I can observe my surroundings with neutrality, and live in the present. I can sustain my motivation. I surround myself with gratitude for everything around me.

I remember a time when I asked myself many questions about life. What’s my definition of happiness? Do I have good intuition? How can I create a healthy eating style for life? What makes me truly happy? How should I cope with a period of financial difficulty? How can I prevent any serious disease? How can I be confident and find my niche? What should I do to become the best version of myself? The list goes on.

It took me many years to find some answers. The remarks in this book are the answers to these and other questions.

If I had read this book in my thirties, I would have avoided many mistakes.

The remarks in this book are simple and beneficial. Through them you can contemplate your own life, and do some self-exploration on your personal journey. They can help facilitate easy, healthy, and permanent lifestyle changes. They can help you on your path to a meaningful and joyful life.

I hope this book can help you follow your passion. I hope it can help you discover your individuality and your unique style for living well.

We can always do better. We never know where life is going to take us, how a simple word, an inspirational book, a smart sentence in an article, a positive perspective from a good film, or a profound quote can inspire, encourage, and even guide us to where we need to go.

From the first chapter of this book, you can embark on a wonderful step-by-step journey of examining your day-to-day life.

I suggest that you read this book once, then slowly read it again, only this time incorporating techniques and tools into your life. Take your time to work with each chapter. Each chapter consists of different tips to explore as well as reminders about positivity and gratitude.

This book was written for those who are also seeking wellness and inner and outer balance, people who want to rethink strategies and reexamine life, people who don’t know what to do, people who are looking for better ideas, which can lead to a better existence, and people who are searching for harmony, optimism, and peace of mind.

This book is about celebrating each day, creating a lifetime plan for healthy eating; feeling better mentally, emotionally, and physically; and of course creating your best life with more health, wellness, energy, happiness, and love for many years to come. I hope you will eat well, move more, and beam with positivity.
