Health by Your Design

Health is a relationship between you and your body. —Terri Guillemets

What is your diet like? Does it taste good? Does it feel good? If you are like me and want to improve and create health in every way possible, there is definitely a place in your life for a food journal. My food journal was the starting point to express my thoughts about nutrition, exercise, and personality. I wanted to learn more about my nature: what I like and dislike, and what brings me comfort and discomfort. When I realized that my precious health was truly important, I decided to take action. I wanted to create radiant health by my own design and based on my unique individuality. I had a strong desire to take an active part in my wellness journey. The process of keeping a food journal was fun, informative, and even soul-searching. It was a powerful, useful, and interesting tool. It helped me improve my dietary habits and make my eating style simple, delightful, and nutritious.
